A Philosophy Study Group is being set up which will run from 0ctober 2026 until July 2027.
This new group will meet on the second Monday morning of each month in Howard Court.
The aim of the group is for participants to gain a deeper insight and understanding of the nature of human existence.
We will explore historical and contemporary philosophical ideas, applying them to developments in the modern world.
As this is a study group, the emphasis is on participation.
Members will be expected to prepare for each meeting and assist with presentations as well as supporting each other.
Topics covered will include: Indian and Far Eastern Philosophies, Artificial Intelligence, Totalitarianism and Politics, War Conflict and Human Nature...
